~wee
finished my assignment from beginning to the end already...
which includes turnitin report, bibliography and appendices...
ahh...
i realised that i have been spelling 'appendices' wrongly for like who knows how many months...
'appendix' means either the sources from which you get your stuffs from and it also means the thing which is inside your body one ah...
then the plural form is 'appendices' and 'appendixes'... different lah...
so... the sources one is 'appendices' and the one inside the body is 'appendixes'...
hahaha... and i have been spelling it 'appendixes'... for my sources...
~funny
and my lecturers also never say anything...
hahaha... imagine... no... not going to imagine anything...
anyways... last night i went to cell group and we had a discussion on whether we are actually allowed to eat food that has been offered to idols or for sacrifices or not...
based on the passage from 1 Corinthians 10 v 23 to 33 then 1 Cor 8...
hmm...
there were 2 different opinions...
one was cannot eat if sure know that it has been offered and technically 'can' eat if don't know...
and the other was can eat even if knew that it has been offered because 'the earth is the Lord's and everything in it'...
well... for me personally, my whole family does not eat food that has been offered for sacrifices... from young my mom has said that we cannot eat...
when we go back to sarawak for chinese new year, my uncles offer food to our ancestors and then later on they eat it...
but they also know that we wont eat, so they'll telll us, and we'll eat those that were not sacrificed...
but last night's discussion... err... widen my eyes...??? something like that... ya, you know what i mean...
so... i want thoughts on this... just wanna know what you all think on this...
hmm...
have to plan for my next assignment already... contract... due in 8 short days...
okay lah...
